Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including quantities, locations, and usage patterns.
- Conduct regular audits to assess inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
Order and Procurement:
- Collaborate with project managers to anticipate material needs and prepare procurement orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure costs are controlled and quality standards are met.
Receiving and Inspection:

- Document any discrepancies or damage and coordinate returns with suppliers.
Storage Organization:
