2.) Digital Support / ICT Executive

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Support /ICT Executive to manage and enhance our web presence across various digital platforms. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining website functionality, implementing updates, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting digital marketing strategies. 
• You will work closely with business development, and marketing teams to ensure our websites effectively represent our brands and provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily website operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and usability.
• Manage website content, layout, navigation, and functionality using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Monitor site traffic, performance, and SEO metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement digital campaigns and content updates.
• Conduct regular audits, backups, and updates to software and plug-ins.
• Analyze web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure website compliance with accessibility standards, legal regulations (e.g., NDPR and GDPR), and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with hosting providers as needed.
• Optimize web pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and search engine ranking.
• Develop and execute data-informed social media strategies to increase product awareness, website traffic, and online sales.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms
• Work with SEO and web optimization teams to ensure social media campaigns support landing page performance and conversion goals.
• Analyze KPIs and track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify/BigCommerce reports, and UTM tracking.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in website management or webmaster role.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, web analytics tools, and UX/UI principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge with web development platforms like Laravel, Angular etc
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Knowledge of graphic design and image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment integration.
• Understanding of web security and data privacy best practices.

Salary
N150,000 – N350,000 monthly.
