Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, SMS, and messaging platforms to introduce and promote fintech services.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of the products in relation to identified customer needs.
- Guide interested prospects through the sign-up and onboarding process with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads using CRM tools to track interactions and conversions.
