Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure proper onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and providing support to managers.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
