Requirements
- MBBS from a recognized institution (mandatory)
- 5 – 7 years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in quality, supervision, or health program management roles
- Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, or related field is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, supportive supervision, or clinical mentorship
- Familiarity with Kaizen/Lean principles and healthcare accreditation frameworks (e.g., ISO, COHSASA)
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical data tools (DHIS2, Kobo Collect, etc.) is desirable.
