- The Private Equity Analyst will be involved in the deal sourcing, analysis, execution, monitoring and exit of private equity investments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial models using appropriate tools.
- Prepare investment committee memorandums and participate in investment committee presentations.
- Participate in the due diligence/ underwriting process on new potential investments.

- Conduct investment/market research.
- Work with the deal team on portfolio management of select assets.
- Function as a contact for existing funds and joint venture relationships.
- Review and respond to requests from LPs and investment partners.

Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking/ Private Equity/ Corporate Finance.
- Ability to speak and understand French Language is an added advantage
- Strong financial modelling experience.

Responsibilities
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Help maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely posting of journal entries
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and perform regular audits

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality accounting practices is a plus.
Salary
