Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:
- Attend to walk-in and online customers promptly and professionally
- Deliver excellent in-store customer experiences that drive repeat business
- Meet and exceed set monthly sales targets
- Manage orders, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the boutique
- Keep inventory updated and communicate low-stock items
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Plan and create engaging, fashion-forward content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Regularly model outfits and create product try-on videos and promotional content
- Edit videos and photos for social media using mobile editing tools
- Write compelling captions with proper grammar and a clear brand voice
- Manage customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms
- Brainstorm and implement creative strategies to increase engagement and followers
Brand Representation:
- Be confident and comfortable representing the brand online
- Stay up to date with fashion trends and recommend styles for customers
- Help with styling and fashion tips when necessary
- Take initiative in recommending improvements to boost visibility and sales
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and/or social media management
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership of the role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be based in Yaba or nearby areas
- Strong content creation and basic editing skills (Reels, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Social media savvy — understands what engages fashion audiences online

- We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant who can serve as the “second-in-command” across the group of companies.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, overseeing operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and holding the fort when the CEO is away.
- This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, leadership skills, and a passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure she never misses important meetings or briefs.
- Oversee day-to-day activities across all businesses (Law firm, Fashion brand, and Home Essentials).
- Supervise and ensure accountability from staff across departments, acting as a liaison between them and the CEO.
