• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in any reputable financial institution with proven track records of achievement, with at least 5 years at managerial position/s of a reputable financial institution.
• Deep understanding of the mortgage banking industry coupled with strategic thinking skills is vital.
• Strong analytical skills are essential for evaluating financial data and assessing the bank’s risk exposure.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements governing mortgage banking is critical.
