• Manage in-store retail activities
• Provide customer service and enhanced customer experience.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide matching products and services.
• Demonstrate sound product and service knowledge always.
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Perform direct marketing and sales activities as well as coordinate periodic promotional activities.
• Generate B2B, corporate and bulk / wholesale sales where feasible.
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, as well as price trends
• Understand / monitor local competitors and communicate business intelligence.
• Identify, introduce and penetrate new prospects and other sales opportunities.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
