Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop, review, and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to industry-specific HSE regulations and company policies.
Risk Assessment & Safety Audits:
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential risks in the workplace.
- Perform regular safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Recommend corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
Incident Investigation & Reporting:
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine causes and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on safety performance.
- Ensure timely reporting of incidents to relevant authorities and management.
Training & Awareness:

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring qualified talent acquisition.
- Develop workforce planning strategies tailored to rice milling operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
- Promote employee engagement and retention strategies.
Performance Management & Training:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure regular evaluations.
- Identify training needs and develop industry-specific training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a rice milling or agribusiness environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
