- We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Office Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our office environment while providing essential administrative support to the team.
Job Description
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized and reordered when necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the preparation of meeting rooms and set up for events.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Qualification and Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or office assistance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Resides within Yaba or its environs

- Manage office supplies/inventory and place orders when necessary
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment including but not limited to booking cleaning services as needed
- Ensure that all studio equipment is in working order before and after use
- Oversees and ensures efficient office administration.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Maintains records, documentation and files, particularly more confidential and sensitive files.
- Support coordination of office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy.
- Assists staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Assist colleagues where necessary
Qualification and Competence
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong project and team management skill
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.

- B.Sc / HND qualification in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience

- Knowledge of accounting software like SAGE is an added advantage
- Experience in handling receivables
- Understanding of government regulations e.g. PAYE, VAT, Income Tax etc
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
- Proximity to Yaba.
