- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Executive to oversee the daily operations of our furniture showroom.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or furniture sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining the showroom’s visual standards, and driving sales performance in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from welcome to post-sale service.
- Assist customers with product selection, space planning, and design consultations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Showroom Management:
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well-presented.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manufacturing and warehouse teams for product availability.
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the showroom.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with the production team to understand new product launches and timelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and events.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and showroom activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- At least, 2 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar retail management role (preferably in furniture or home décor).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of furniture design, layout planning, and customer consultation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
Qualities:

- The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and experience in auditing financial and operational practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance activities across departments, especially in production, procurement, and inventory.
- Evaluate internal controls related to manufacturing processes including raw material procurement, production cycles, cost management, and product delivery.
- Examine accounting records, reports, operating practices, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor inventory systems and perform physical inventory checks to detect discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Review payroll and labor records to verify accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assess vendor contracts and procurement transactions to ensure transparency and proper value for money.
- Identify potential areas of improvement in operational effectiveness and financial integrity.
- Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to support the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Assist external auditors during statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and clarification.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, cost accounting, and inventory control systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
