Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Lagos
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Lagos.
- The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
- The role also involves assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the senior accounting team in various tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an accounting role is a plus.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in managing financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and processing invoices.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, and reconciling bank statements.
- Ability to assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
