You\u2019ll join a small, high-performing team operating at speed, where ownership is expected and impact is immediate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Flask, FastAPI)<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to front end development (NextJS)<\/li>\n<li>Contribute across the stack when needed (APIs, integrations)<\/li>\n<li>Define clear technical specs that can be executed by AI-assisted development workflows<\/li>\n<li>Use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate development while maintaining high quality<\/li>\n<li>Review, test, and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, and performance<\/li>\n<li>Architect systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and scalability<\/li>\n<li>Build strong testing and validation pipelines (unit, integration, automated QA)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with\u00a0Data teams to deliver end-to-end features<\/li>\n<li>Debug complex production issues and implement robust fixes<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve engineering velocity through tooling and process improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (Flask, FastAPI)<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate experience with Frontend<\/li>\n<li>Experience building and scaling APIs and distributed systems<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working across the stack (backend + some frontend exposure preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong system design skills and understanding of software architecture principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AI-Native Engineering Experience (increasingly important):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in daily workflows<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write clear, structured technical specs and prompts for code generation<\/li>\n<li>Strong code review skills, especially for validating AI-generated outputs<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of tradeoffs, failure modes, and quality risks in AI-assisted development<\/li>\n<li>Experience building guardrails: testing, validation, and monitoring for generated code<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern development workflows (Git, CI\/CD, Docker)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Linux\/Unix environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in fintech, lending, or payments systems<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to data\/ML systems or model deployment<\/li>\n<li>Experience with blockchain or crypto-related systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Really Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineers who think in\u00a0systems, not just functions<\/li>\n<li>People who can\u00a0leverage AI to move 10x faster without sacrificing quality<\/li>\n<li>Builders who take ownership from idea \u2192 spec \u2192 implementation \u2192 production<\/li>\n<li>Pragmatic problem-solvers who ship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"application-method\" style=\"margin-top:10px; color: #069;\" class=\"mag-b ts-18 bm-t-0 bm-b-5 \"><b>Method of Application <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"mag-b bm-b-30\">\n<p>Interested and qualified?
