We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Learning & Development Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of TNA in collaboration with departments and align outcomes with training plans.
- Communicate training schedules and details to nominated employees.
- Liaise with external vendors to source training programs that meet organizational needs.
- Review and vet training presentations and materials to ensure relevance and quality. ▪ Support in the coordination of onboarding programmes
- Assist in the development and effectively communicate a learning strategy for the organisation and provide an annual learning plan that supports this strategy.
- Evaluate existing learning programs, make recommendations for change, and upon approval, implement these change
- Source training vendors for approved trainings
- Facilitate the design and delivery of training programs, including virtual and inperson sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support the documentation of compliance-related training requirements.
- File training programs with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in L&D (2 – 3 years).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools.
- Strong stakeholder management
