JOB DESCRIPTION:Support the legal team to ensure the team’s documents are well-managed, secure, and easily accessible, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s operations.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support in the management of the team’s archiving process.
  • Ensuring that archived documents are stored securely and can be retrieved if necessary.
  • Ensuring all documents are properly labelled and indexed for easy retrieval.
  • Categorizing and filing documents in a systematic and accessible manner.
  • Creating and maintaining an organised filing system, both physical and digital.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication to effectively interact with team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and case files efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Eagerness to take initiative, show enthusiasm for learning, and contribute to the team’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Candidates with 1-2 years experience will have an added advantage
