- We are seeking a Loan & Credit Risk Officer to evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and manage credit risk in line with our microfinance lending policies.
- The ideal candidate will ensure responsible lending while maintaining portfolio quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess loan applications for individuals and small businesses.
- Conduct credit checks and risk analysis.
- Perform field visits and client assessments.
- Monitor loan performance and identify risk exposures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in microfinance or credit risk.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and loan management tools.
Salary
