- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recovery of IT equipment from current and former employees, managing asset tracking, and providing accurate reporting and analysis.
- This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, including proficiency in English and Math.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a logistics analyst in the IT industry or related fields.
- C2-level English speaker with strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with U.K. residents and other English-speaking audiences.
- Ability to communicate persuasively and handle differing viewpoints effectively.
- Proven teamwork experience and ability to follow procedures.
- Strong data entry and administrative skills (preferred).
- Ability to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
- Experience in a contact center environment.
- Excellent comprehension and adherence to instructions.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Salary
