Today, Eat N’ Go has over 200 stores (outlet) across Nigeria a and Kenya.Job DescriptionThe Logistics Associate plays a key role in managing and coordinating third-party logistics operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods. This role involves working closely with external Logistics providers, internal teams, and customers to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and service level adherence.QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations with third-party logistics service providers including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Monitor third-party logistics performance against service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contract terms.
- Resolve logistics issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies in coordination with third party logistics partners.
- Track and report on order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments and inventory levels.
- Assist with logistics process improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to third-party logistics operations.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (procurement, customer service, warehouse) to ensure alignment with logistics activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (Logistics Manager, Supervisor or third-party logistics experience preferred).
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.
- Understanding of freight, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software/tools
