Job Position: Logistics Manager

Role Summary
- The Logistics Manager will oversee all travel logistics for TCI’s trips, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
- This includes coordinating transportation, accommodation, vendor relationships, and on-ground arrangements to deliver world-class experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for all TCI trips (local & international).
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- Prepare and manage trip itineraries, ensuring timely delivery of all arrangements.
- Monitor and track all bookings, confirmations, and supplier payments.
- Handle on-the-ground logistics during trips, resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain an updated database of trusted vendors and service providers.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to align on budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, travel operations, or event coordination.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
- Good knowledge of travel industry standards in Nigeria and Africa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
