Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including receiving raw materials and dispatching finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Monitor transportation schedules and liaise with transporters and warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards during logistics operations.
  • Track shipments and resolve issues related to transportation delays or damages.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, such as delivery notes, waybills, invoices, and stock reports.
  • Work closely with production and procurement teams to align logistics with production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support audits by providing necessary logistics documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
