Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including receiving raw materials and dispatching finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor transportation schedules and liaise with transporters and warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards during logistics operations.
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to transportation delays or damages.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, such as delivery notes, waybills, invoices, and stock reports.
- Work closely with production and procurement teams to align logistics with production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support audits by providing necessary logistics documentation and reports.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
