Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in the sanitary pads manufacturing industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation:
- Operate various types of machinery involved in the production of sanitary pads.
- Set up and adjust machines as necessary for production runs.
Production Efficiency:
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Assist in setting production goals and improving efficiency on the production line.
Safety Compliance:
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Attend safety training sessions and report unsafe conditions or practices.
Quality Control:
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any mechanical issues or abnormalities to the maintenance team promptly.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years work experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight limit] as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- Primarily indoor manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery and production noise.
- Adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Salary
N75,000 – N120,000 monthly.
