Job Title: Male General / Operations Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations
- Manage staff* scheduling, training, and performance
- Control costs, inventory, and financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operation
Requirements
- Experience Required: Minimum 5–7 years in fine dining on hospitality management
- With a proven sound experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example.
- Proven leadership in restaurant or hotel management
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and customer service
