- Oversee the daily operations of the confectionery store to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in food or confectionery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
