Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate mining operations and staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage staff
- Travel within various states and mining sites.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in the mining sector is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience.
