Role Summary
- The role will provide leadership and direction for the company across its business verticals to drive growth, profitability and sustainability.
- This role will also oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, industry best practices, and governance requirements.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision, goals, and objectives in line with the Security’s strategic plans.
- Institute an effective operating structure to support the achievement of strategic objectives and ensure alignment with regulatory provisions.
- Develop and Implement business-ready solutions to support the overall mandate of the business – Fort – Knox Guards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation; lead employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide direction in the design and implementation of an effective framework to build effective relationships and drive stakeholder engagement.
Required Experience and Capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree / MBA in any discipline
- Sound understanding of the securities business
- A dynamic and result-driven individual with a track record of success in the securities/Guard business
- Superior strategic thinking/visioning abilities as well as strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of credibility, ethical standards, and integrity.
- Relevant professional certification
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience with at least 10 years’ experience in the Security/Guard Industry and 5 years relevant experience in a senior management role
Salary
1,500,000 / Month.
