- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead the strategic and operational direction of the company.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership acumen, a deep understanding of business operations, and proficiency in using software tools to automate, monitor, and optimize workflows.
- This role requires a dynamic individual who can align the company’s goals with innovative systems and lead cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and executive leadership to ensure the company meets its vision, mission, and business goals
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
- Implement and manage software tools to automate processes, track KPIs, and improve overall operational visibility
- Foster a high-performance culture through mentoring, leadership, and talent development
- Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors, providing accurate and timely reports
- Lead the development and execution of long-term strategies with the goal of increasing shareholder value
- Monitor company performance through data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Represent the company in business engagements, partnerships, and negotiations
- Identify and mitigate potential business risks and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, COO, or in a similar executive leadership role
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and operations
- Proficiency in the use of business software and tools for automation, productivity, and performance tracking (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms, project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com; data dashboards like Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop profitable strategies and implement vision
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
