- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative / Marketer to promote and sell our food processing products.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
- This role involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, hospitality, and food service sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, digital content, and product packaging strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required.
