- We are seeking to employ Marketing & Customer Growth Executive who is passionate about connecting with bakers, confectioners, and food entrepreneurs to deliver value and unlock growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Identify bakeries, cake shops, and food businesses struggling with access to premium ingredients — and introduce them to Acabado’s product solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new product opportunities, and competitor movements.
- Run and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling promotional content and marketing materials.
- Build long-term relationships with industry stakeholders including distributors, chefs, bakery schools, and influencers.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields with 2-5 years exerience.
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, or client acquisition — preferably in the FMCG or food production space.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to spot gaps in ingredient quality or supply in the market and provide tailored solutions.
