- We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.
- This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies to maximize company profit
- Conduct market research to assess current trends, brand awareness, and competitor ventures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Event Management and Activation:
- Support events and activation programs to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Coordinate and oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and communication campaigns.
Advertising and Media:
- Monitor ads like TV, Radio, Social media, etc. to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Oversee content creation for publication across various marketing channels.
Marketing Assets and Materials:
- Monitor the functionality and wellbeing of marketing assets like gift items, display stands, T-shirts, face caps, and other materials
- Ensure adequate availability of Point of Sale (POS) materials when needed.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Conduct competitive market research to inform marketing strategies
- Maintain good rapport with professionals from other automobile companies and vendors
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
Data Management and Advertising Initiatives:
- Manage all data and advertising initiatives to optimize marketing performance
- Analyze data to track performance, measure user engagement, and refine marketing strategies.
Record Keeping and Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate record keeping of all marketing bills and payments
- Ensure timely payment and reconciliation of marketing expenses.
Content Creation and Publication:
- Oversee content creation for publication across various marketing channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing materials.
Requirements
- BSc / BA / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
Skills:
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to Meet Set Goals/Targets
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.Method of Application
