As such, we are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support the intended business growth, increase brand visibility, and strengthen customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in digital marketing, brand communication, and campaign management. Experience in the betting, gaming, or entertainment industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Management
- Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to inform strategic initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, outdoor, and experiential activations.
- Build brand awareness through compelling storytelling, consistent messaging, and innovative brand-building strategies.
- Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional collaborations to strengthen market presence and expand reach.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Lead all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using KPIs to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to proactively adapt marketing strategies.
- Implement customer loyalty programs, special promotions, and rewards initiatives to foster long-term engagement and increase lifetime value.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all marketing activities and advertising materials comply with Nigerian regulatory and advertising standards, especially as related to the betting industry.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to secure necessary approvals and maintain adherence to industry best practices.
