Description
- We are seeking vibrant and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Marketing Officers.
- The ideal candidates will be passionate about finance, sales, and customer engagement, with the drive to grow our client base and represent our brand professionally.
- The Marketing Officer will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and promotion of the company’s investment products.
- They will drive brand awareness, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify and onboard new clients for mutual funds, fixed income, and portfolio management services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Market Research & Feedback:
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
- Suggest innovative ideas for product positioning.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
Sales & Marketing Execution:
- Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Represent the company at events, seminars, and client meetings.
Brand Awareness & Promotion:
- Market the company’s products via digital, physical, and referral channels.
- Support in creating marketing content, proposals, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales/marketing (financial services sector is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly (based on experience).
