We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Role Description
- The Mechanical Superintendent will be responsible for supervising mechanical construction activities, ensuring construction safety, managing projects, overseeing piping installations, and performing inspections.
- Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, enforcing safety protocols, scheduling and inspecting mechanical work, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Port Harcourt
- Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
- Certification in Project Management or Construction Safety is a plus.
- Experience with Piping installations and Inspection processes
- Supervisory skills, Project Management skills, and Construction Safety knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
