What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize MongoDB & MySQL databases in production environments
  • Work with cross-functional teams on system performance and database integration
  • Maintain database security, compliance, and detailed documentation
  • Design scalable NoSQL schema models and relational database structures
  • Implement replication, clustering, backups, and disaster recovery strategies

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in MongoDB and MySQL administration
  • Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting
  • Certifications (MongoDB/MySQL DBA) are a strong plus
  • Strong skills in schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
  • Experience with database monitoring tools and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
