We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Montessori Teacher
Location: Omole Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate Montessori lesson plans
- Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborate on curriculum development and classroom activities
- Observe and assess each child’s development and progress
- Encourage independence and self-directed learning
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess an ND, HND, or BSc in Education
- Montessori Professional Certificate (preferred).
- Montessori-trained candidate with experience teaching children aged 3 to 6 years
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood education and Montessori philosophy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
