Together, EMAP)<\/li>\n<li>Support distribution of dignity kits, where relevant<\/li>\n<li>Respond with compassion and discretion to anyone who discloses GBV or need for individual support; ensure referral to appropriate services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Monitoring and Reporting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seek and document community feedback\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Monitor distribution of dignity kits, where relevant<\/li>\n<li>Track prevention and risk mitigation program activities\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coordination, Advocacy and Representation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate regularly with community stakeholders to strengthen GBV risk mitigation and prevention<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other sector mobilizers\/ outreach teams<\/li>\n<li>Promote a survivor-centred approach in all activities<\/li>\n<li>Represent program goals and GBV standards\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Security and Conduct:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies<\/li>\n<li>Foster a safe and supportive working environment for all GBV staff and partners<\/li>\n<li>Exemplify core principles of GBV programming, including respect, non-discrimination, responsible use of power, nonviolence, and promotion of gender equality\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the positive image and overall credibility of the program and organization, notably through adherence to the Code of Conduct and Ethics, including compliance with anti-harassment, safeguarding and PSEA policies<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.
