The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing eye-catching designs, managing our social media presence, and boosting engagement through innovative content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage engaging content plan and strategies for our social media pages<\/li>\n<li>Design compelling graphics, banners, and marketing materials using Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Track trends and create content (reels, videos, graphics, captions) that boost brand engagement and grow online communities<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the team to develop and achieve engaging contents\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Publish approved contents across social media platforms\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand consistency across all visual content<\/li>\n<li>Monitor traffic, social media analytics, and campaign performance to suggest improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/HND\/OND degree in any relevant field.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years proven experience in graphics design or social media management.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email campaigns).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, photoshop, Figma, or Buffer etc).<\/li>\n<li>Must be creative, up to date with trends, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
