The position is based in Nigeria.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sales &#038; Marketing Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and oversee the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business goals<\/li>\n<li>Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with corporate marketing policies and ethical standards<\/li>\n<li>Source and manage third-party marketing service providers, ensuring cost-efficiency and performance<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring marketing efforts drive measurable results<\/li>\n<li>Drive customer engagement strategies to enhance market share and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate promotional and advertising activities to support sales goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Sales Strategy &#038; Planning <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formulate annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with corporate objectives<\/li>\n<li>Oversee pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market planning<\/li>\n<li>Lead market research initiatives to evaluate trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with finance to develop and monitor marketing and sales budgets<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on market intelligence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Branding &#038; Advertising <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and execute brand development strategies to increase visibility and market presence<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications<\/li>\n<li>Manage external agencies and media partners to develop compelling advertising content<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns and optimize performance based on insights<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of market trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior to inform strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Team Leadership &#038; People Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the marketing and sales team<\/li>\n<li>Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, coaching, and development<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams to deliver on key objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Client Relationship &#038; Business Development <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Act as lead negotiator in key contract discussions<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration<\/li>\n<li>Ensure exceptional customer service and retention across key accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Health, Safety &#038; Compliance <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and organizational policies<\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the department<\/li>\n<li>Report and address near-misses or incidents in line with HSE procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  <b>Desired Skills and Experience<\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing and sales experience, including at least 7 years in an executive leadership role<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of success in the oil &#038; gas (downstream) or FMCG industry<\/li>\n<li>Skills &#038; Competencies:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in brand development, marketing analytics, digital platforms, and CRM systems<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Financial literacy with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Expected salary<\/b>: <\/p>\n<p><b>Location<\/b>: Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><b>Job date<\/b>: Sun, 04 May 2025 22:18:59 GMT<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;
