The goal is to enable the company\u2019s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company\u2019s objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. By analyzing day-to-day financial activities with precision, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management. Your guidance will empower the company\u2019s leaders to make informed decisions that align with the organization\u2019s long-term goals.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze daily sales reports and financial statements for trends and discrepancies.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and\u00a0design a framework for these to be met.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all finance and accounting operations comply with generally accepted\u00a0accounting principles and federal and state laws and regulations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts and\u00a0accounts receivable, credit card transactions, and payroll are recorded\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>properly.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Performing fiscal year-end close activities and assisting with activities and\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>requirements of external auditors.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve expenditure requests within designated limits.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Oversee reconciliation of general ledger accounts and bank statements\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years\u00a0in a managerial position.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in retail finance or a similar industry.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience in cash flow management and financial modeling.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of inventory management and cost-reduction strategies.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with tax filing requirements and coordination with tax advisors\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Certified Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or ICAN is a plus.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"application-method\" style=\"margin-top:10px; color: #069;\" class=\"mag-b ts-18 bm-t-0 bm-b-5 \"><b>Method of Application <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"mag-b bm-b-30\">\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: <strong>operations@auldontoys.com<\/strong> using the position as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified?
