3 years<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jkey-title\">Location<\/span> <span class=\"jkey-info\">Lagos<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jkey-title\">Job Field<\/span> <span class=\"jkey-info\">Finance \/ Accounting \/ Audit&amp;nbsp<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h1>\n<p>                \t\tAccountant at Elkris Foods<br \/>\n            \t\t<\/h1>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"mag-b \" id=\"job1153782\">\n<p>            Accountant <\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"job-details\">\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role will be responsible for the Financial Accounting Unit activities including GL account reconciliations, Vendor accounts reconciliations, preparation of statutory financial statement and end-to-end processing of statutory returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting in line with IFRS.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage payables, receivables, and cash flow positions.<\/li>\n<li>Perform end-to-end processing of statutory remittances and returns.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in expense tracking and cost control initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support operational coordination, logistics tracking, and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory-related financial and operational records.<\/li>\n<li>Support audit processes and internal reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal departments on administrative and operational matters.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal control, tax regulations and statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Group Head, Finance &amp; Accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2\u20133 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of IFRS, Payables and statutory deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary package.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for career growth and development.<\/li>\n<li>Professional and supportive work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"application-method\" style=\"margin-top:10px;
