You will build financial and operational models to evaluate new initiatives, support annual planning, and track performance against targets.<\/li>\n<li>This role will contribute to market entry decisions, capital allocation, product positioning, and operational priorities, ensuring growth initiatives are commercially sound and executable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><br \/>Market &amp; Competitive Strategy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze energy markets, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics across target geographies<\/li>\n<li>Identify and qualify potential clients, partners, and strategic alliances<\/li>\n<li>Map competitive landscapes and assess differentiation opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Propose market entry strategies and expansion playbooks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strategic Modeling &amp; Business Analysis<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build financial, operational, and analytical models to evaluate profitability and scalability<\/li>\n<li>Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to inform go\/no-go decisions<\/li>\n<li>Assess new business lines, product opportunities, and strategic investments<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate ROI across strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Corporate Planning &amp; Performance Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support long-term strategic planning and annual corporate planning cycles<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update the company and department roadmap aligned with board-level objectives<\/li>\n<li>Establish baselines and define company-wide KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Track company performance against strategic goals and OKRs<\/li>\n<li>Prepare executive-level dashboards and performance reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Innovation &amp; Growth Strategy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the Innovation and Product Management teams to identify new product and market opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Assess adjacent market opportunities and diversification strategies<\/li>\n<li>Support pilot initiatives and structured experimentation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and technology trends impacting the energy-tech sector<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and convert findings into clear business recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Support cross-functional alignment on key strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><br \/>\nProfessional &amp; Technical Strengths<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Consulting, Investment Analysis, or Business Operations<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel \/ Google Sheets capability<\/li>\n<li>Experience building business cases and board-ready analysis<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of market entry strategy and competitive positioning<\/li>\n<li>Experience tracking company-level KPIs and strategic roadmaps<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate complex data into executive insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Leadership &amp; Interpersonal Strengths<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams<\/li>\n<li>High degree of autonomy and accountability (we operate within a hybrid work environment)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to structure and simplify complex, ambiguous strategic challenges<\/li>\n<li>Hypothesis-driven analytical rigor to support data-informed decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Ability to facilitate disciplined, trade-off-based decision processes across stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Financial and commercial acumen across revenue models, margins, and unit economics<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable milestones<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgment and decision-making capability in environments with incomplete data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nice to Have<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in M&amp;A or corporate development<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in French<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"application-method\" style=\"margin-top:10px; color: #069;\" class=\"mag-b ts-18 bm-t-0 bm-b-5 \"><b>Method of Application <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"mag-b bm-b-30\">\n<p>Interested and qualified?
