The role requires maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring punctuality, safeguarding confidential information, and demonstrating exceptional professionalism at all times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely transport the Managing Director, Executives, and other authorized personnel to and from official meetings, business engagements and other approved destinations.<\/li>\n<li>Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals while avoiding unnecessary delays.<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent knowledge of <strong>Onitsha<\/strong>, its environs, and major road networks across the South-East region, including Anambra, Enugu, Imo, Abia, and Ebonyi States.<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion, road closures, and security challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the assigned vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fuelled, serviced, and presentable at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor routine maintenance schedules and promptly report any mechanical faults or repair requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all vehicle documents, licences, insurance certificates, and roadworthiness documents remain valid and available.<\/li>\n<li>Strictly comply with all road traffic laws, road signs, speed limits, and company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Exercise defensive driving techniques and maintain a high standard of safety.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Executive\\&#8217;s movements, conversations, schedules, and company information.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with loading and unloading of personal or official luggage and documents where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Run official errands and deliver confidential documents as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel purchases, maintenance activities, and official trips.<\/li>\n<li>Remain courteous, respectful, and professionally dressed while on duty.<\/li>\n<li>Be available to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends, public holidays, and out-of-town trips when required.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately report accidents, traffic violations, security incidents, or emergencies to Management.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other lawful duties assigned by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE\/WAEC\/NECO) or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of <strong>five (5) years\\&#8217; proven experience<\/strong> as an Executive Driver, Personal Driver, or Private Chauffeur to senior executives or high-profile individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Valid Nigerian Driver\\&#8217;s Licence with an excellent driving record.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Onitsha, Anambra State, and the South-East region, with the ability to navigate efficiently without over-reliance on GPS.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of road signs, traffic regulations, and defensive driving techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain executive vehicles in excellent condition through routine inspections and preventive maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and the ability to identify mechanical issues early.<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Igbo is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity, honesty, discretion, and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Well-groomed, courteous, calm, and professional in appearance and conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Physically and medically fit to drive for extended periods and undertake interstate travel.<\/li>\n<li>Must have no criminal record or history of reckless driving, substance abuse, or major traffic offences.<\/li>\n<li>Must successfully pass the company\\&#8217;s driving assessment, background verification, reference checks, and medical fitness examination before employment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"application-method\" style=\"margin-top:10px;
