CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers. Pack \u2019N\u2019 Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack \u2018N\u2019 Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her e-commerce website on March 1st 2021.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>1.) Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Location: Rivers<br> Employment Type: Full-time<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><br>  <ul> <li>Develop a marketing calendar aligned with sales targets and seasonal opportunities.<\/li> <li>Creative Content creation and video scripting<\/li> <li>Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost e-commerce sales and customer engagement.<\/li> <li>Optimize the Packnpay website for search engines to improve organic traffic and rankings.<\/li> <li>Manage and grow all social media pages that are related and assigned to<\/li> <li>Come up with engaging social media promotions that can both increase online sales and social media presence<\/li> <li>Collaborate with content creators to produce blogs, videos, and product descriptions tailored to FMCG audiences.<\/li> <li>Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms to maximize ROI.<\/li> <li>Develop email campaigns targeting both individual and B2B customers, promoting special offers, discounts, and new products.<\/li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.<\/li> <li>Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.<\/li> <li>Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.<\/li> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company\u2019s marketing goals.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with customer care agent to ensure that leads generated on the website are converted<\/li> <li>Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with the FMCG audience.<\/li> <li>Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Insights to run and optimize paid campaigns.<\/li> <li>Monitor and analyze metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.<\/li> <li>Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.<\/li> <li>Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.<\/li> <li>Build relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities to enhance brand presence.<\/li> <li>Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, discounts, and special events.<\/li> <li>Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.<\/li> <li>Collaborate with influencers to promote social media pages and websites.<\/li> <\/ul>  <b>Requirements and Skills<\/b> <ul> <li>B.Sc or HND in Computer science, Business Administration, or related field<\/li> <li>SEO Skills and knowledge of WordPress<\/li> <li>Experience in Managing and growing social media pages for a brand.<\/li> <li>Digital marketing and content creation skills<\/li> <li>Experience in managing social media ads<\/li> <li>Onsite work location in Port Harcourt.<\/li> <\/ul>  Application Closing Date: 20th March, 2025.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Method of Application<\/b><br> Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV and Cover Letter to: using the Job Position as the subject of the mail.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2.)
