Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced<\/li>\n<li>Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported<\/li>\n<li>Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards<\/li>\n<li>Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame<\/li>\n<li>Product presentations and demonstrations<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Proof of Concepts (POC)<\/li>\n<li>Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Compute, Backup\/DR, System and Microsoft Solutions<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security Solutions<\/li>\n<li>Recognize and actively seek ways to exploit IT to address complex business, organizational and technical issues<\/li>\n<li>Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards<\/li>\n<li>Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment<\/li>\n<li>Configure and install various network devices and services as may be required<\/li>\n<li>Perform maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations<\/li>\n<li>Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization<\/li>\n<li>Provide Level 2\/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Support of on-site engineers and end users\/customer<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve problems for services within your own area of responsibility; communicate to colleagues as appropriate, following ITIL processes; manage major network-related incidents and bring them to a satisfactory closure<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution<\/li>\n<li>Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations<\/li>\n<li>Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related courses or numerate disciplines<\/li>\n<li>MSc will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven hands-on experience on compute system projects<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the compute solution (server, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, disaster recovery, converge\/hyperconverge system, Microsoft solutions)<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with monitoring, compute system diagnostic and compute system analytics tools<\/li>\n<li>Virtualization Certificate (VMware\/Microsoft\/Nutanix\/RedHat)<\/li>\n<li>Storage Certificate (DellEMC\/IBM\/NETAPP)<\/li>\n<li>Server Certificate (DellEMC\/IBM\/HPE)<\/li>\n<li>Cloud Certificate (AWS\/Azure\/Oracle\/Google)<\/li>\n<li>Backup Solution Certificate (CommVault\/Veeam\/Quest\/IBM\/DellEMC\/Symantec\/Veritas)<\/li>\n<li>Network Certificate (Cisco\/Fortinet\/Brocade)<\/li>\n<li>VCP\/MSCE\/ITIL\/NPP<\/li>\n<li>ITIL<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload<\/li>\n<li>Good at organizing and multitasking and prioritize under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization<\/li>\n<li>Able to explain technical problems in a simple term<\/li>\n<li>Work well with people and willingness to travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"application-method\" style=\"margin-top:10px;
