Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Purchase of all office and store outlets supplies
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
- Manage contract and price negotiations wih office vebdors, service providers and office lease
- Assist HR in onboarding new hires
- Managing petty cash for office use
- Process renewals of all expatriate quotas, CEPAC and STR.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration or other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a structured business environment.
