• We are hiring an Operations Assistant to work directly with the Operations Manager in a fast-paced Oil & Gas / Construction company. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a long-term career in the industry.

Job Description

• Support the Operations Manager in daily tasks, project supervision, and site coordination
• Monitor and report on ongoing operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Assist in organizing logistics, materials, and equipment for site activities
• Run field errands and support hands-on operational tasks
• Attend meetings and provide operational updates as required
• Coordinate with field workers and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain records, generate reports, and assist with administrative tasks
• Drive to and from project sites as needed
• Identify and escalate operational challenges promptly and propose solutions
• Assist with maintenance scheduling and monitoring of equipment performance

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Age: 25 – 30 years
• Must know how to drive a car and should possess a valid driver’s license
• Also, the ability to drive a motorcycle or willingness to learn is an added advantage
• Must be agile, solution-driven, and quick to learn
• Open to travel and passionate about building a career in the Oil & Gas / Construction industry
• Must be ready and available to resume immediately

Monthly Salary
N150,000 per month.Method of Application
