Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, recreation, and guest services.
- Maintain exceptional service standards to deliver a world-class guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
- Address guest concerns and operational challenges with diplomacy, firmness, and fairness.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic business objectives.
- Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams while maintaining brand quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory requirements, and brand operating standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience in a premium or luxury hospitality brand is essential.
- Professional certifications in hospitality operations or leadership are an advantage.

- High personal integrity, sound judgment, and resilience under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Proven operational expertise in premium or luxury hospitality environments.
