Job Summary
- As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple outlets, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- You will supervise restaurant teams, manage inventory and processes, and drive profitability in line with QSR standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Manage restaurant staff performance, scheduling, and operational discipline
- Monitor inventory, stock usage, and cost controls across all outlets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and operational procedures
- Analyze operational reports and implement strategies for improved efficiency and profitability
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field with 4–6 years of experience in QSR operations or multi-branch retail management
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills
- Excellent understanding of food safety, inventory control, and customer service standards
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across multiple locations
