- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operational activities, including inventory management, logistics, supply chain coordination, order fulfillment, and customer service processes.
- This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams
- Manage inventory control and ensure accuracy in stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of equipment
- Implement and maintain effective operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and optimize workflow and efficiency across departments
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
- Lead and motivate operational staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support overall business goals
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in an operations or logistics management role
- Experience in the fitness, sporting goods, or retail industry is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Salary
